The heart of every good sale is a good evaluation. Good news is we are the team that can do it for you. We do over 200 evaluations a month and track everything involved for performance review. Our Average Recommended sale price to actual is currently at 97%. That simply means our 1st and second opinion BPOs are well with in 5% of list to sale price, and usually we come in just below with the listings selling AT recommended list price.

Every month we print out a report and track what our recommended price versus actual sale. This allows us to track the market better than any other team in Orlando. We put together reports which grade our performance so that we may improve more. We utilize the latest technology in completing these in a timely matter.
